How long will it take my product to arrive? 

For all of our handmade products the processing times will vary depending on how large the order is. We are hoping to have a processing turn around time of 5-7 days, then your order will be shipped and it will be in Australia Post's wonderful hands. 

What if I can't decide what colours I want?

If you are struggling to choose a colour combination, we are more than happy to help. We have an eye for detail, and can make suggestions for what works well together. Feel free to email us, and we can create a product that you will love.

Can I make a custom order?

Absolutely! We love making custom orders. If you have an idea in mind, send us an email and we can work together to create something beautiful. We will then send you an invoice for your custom product, and then all you have to do is wait for the postman.

Can I choose a different size frame?

If you would like a different size frame to the one listed, get in contact with us and we can discuss options. Some designs are suited to a square frame or a rectangle frame, but we will definitely try our hardest to create your perfect item.

How can I save on postage?

We offer flat rate shipping, which is saving you money. However if you live in the Macarthur Region and would like to pick up from our Oran Park address, you will save even more. Select PICK UP at checkout and we will be in touch when your order is ready. 

Who will see my product?

Social media is the biggest form of advertising. By purchasing from us, you agree for Remembered with Love to post pictures of your custom made products on our social media pages. If you do not want your product advertised, please leave a note when checking out.
